Does daily Forum Postings affect your Site Positions?

Hi All,

Suppose you are posting around 50 posts in 25 forums on a weekly basis, does this affect your site SERP’s?? If so would that be positive or negative??

If you have backlinks in your posts (signatures), it may have a positive effect to SERPS, but it will be very small effect

they have some positive effects, but i dont think a big one.

as long as they are do follow it will have a positive effect. but for me, i don’t care that much in forum’s backlinks. i participate on forums because forums provide news and updates regarding search engines and seo.

It absolutely does. Look at my post count. I used to have sig links in all my posts pointing to one of my sites. Then I removed my sig links and my traffic shot up maybe 50%.

By employing “Forum SEO Logic” (FSL), I can deduce that removing those sig links caused my massive increase in traffic.

'grats on the FSL method, perhaps the FFS method could also work or maybe the PITA method.

Something to avoid though is the 50 garbage posts in 25 forums a day which would result in the BANNED method…

Google are actually in the process of developing the algorithm to punish forums that allow ‘good post thanks’ type one liners for sig links.

So by spamming forums with useless one line posts you actually nerf your own links. Clever isn’t it.

50 posts in 25 forums will not affect for your website. But it may be monthly twice it will safe.

Its helps to gain backlinks only. I dont think so you will get traffic much more from forums.

It will lead to positive effects only, only thing is your post is descriptive and should not be a one liner.

with do follow forum , u increase keywords ranking and get back link. But business related forum very use full. with u participate your business related thread and publish your business.
