Are you looking forward to the season premier(final season)? Do you have any thoughts as to what will happen next? Are you Lost?
I lost interest after the first series.
It didn’t even start getting good until the 2nd!
I’m a big fan, and I can’t wait for the season to start. I hope we get it down here not too long after it premiers in America.
Actually, I can wait, because I haven’t looked for the episode which has apparently been leaked.
I ask people if they watch it, and they say “no, I can’t follow it” or “I haven’t seen the other seasons and don’t know what’s going on”. Then I reply: “Don’t let that stop you. I’ve seen every episode and I have no idea what’s going on!”
I still watching
Yes. I get those same excuses from alot of people and I can’t blame them really, as it has been 5 years worth of TV shows. Even though they are all freely available to watch online (as of this posting) I can’t really expect anyone to devote their life to catching up.
Any opinions on it?
Never started, never will. What a waste of time
Just like your responding to this thread.
hahaha
Do you start this thread just for fun or for being rude ?
No! I didn’t mean to be rude to anyone. If anyone was offended by this thread please forgive me.
Not sure if you are talking about my response to Datura’s reply or my response to you.
So:
Yes watching Lost is a huge waste of time. As are alot of other things people do on a daily basis. There is most likely something more important we could all be doing. I was trying to be funny as a way to say that her responding was also a waste of time. I didn’t mean anything by it.
I was asking you if you had any opinions other than yes you watch it. I was just trying to get a conversation going as I was bored and yet again wasting time posting in the general chat forum.
That’s all right, I’ve got you now, you’re right too Time is money so…no time to waste
One of the things that I find interesting about Lost, is how “new” it is.
When they started, everyone said there were too many characters. But it’s worked.
And never before has there been a show where the viewers, the crew, the even the cast don’t know the plot or the storyline, yet it’s still popular.
It’s worth watching just so you can say you saw a piece of groundbreaking television.
This is how it is with these kinds of threads, they turn into something altogether different. Ha. So it goes. This is GC and really anything goes, unless it brakes the rules here on SP about religion and politics (which I am teetering on the edge often because of my strong convictions :D).
So, many things get taken out of context, a person feels insulted because they interpret something to be what it is not and on and on.
To Lost: I do not care for the premise of the show.
The premise of the show is not original (people stuck on a remote island) but the scientific and paranormal stuff they discover is quite interesting. But I lost interest when it started getting too sci-fi and when they started jumping back and forth in time too much. Despite all that, I’ll probably watch the finale anyway because my housemate will.
 looking forward to seeing it on the 4th
Lost is Lost.
For anyone who does understand it and has it figured out, hats off. I can’t figure it out if I try, it’s all over the place.
I’ve lost interest of it. After the episode season 4 finale I think, in which the island was vanishing.
I just cannot commit 4 years of my life to a television series. I watched like 3 episodes from season 1.
A friend of mine said I could download a 4 hour catchup from iTunes that covers all seasons (except this)… I might do that
Haha.
It’s not four years - it’s one hour a week, 20 weeks a year.
