If I set my ads as large, they still display as small on my pages. I’ve tried clearing the cache, creating new ads etc.
Is it a coding issue?
Any pointers are great.

Try getting the ad code directly from Adsense ad setup again, that will ensure you’ve got the latest code.
A pointer (link) to an example page would be useful.
