They say that my site may fall into spam because there is an html error. Is it true?

Who’s “they”?
I can’t imagine why anyone would say that, but if you’re concerned there is a simple solution. Check your HTML in the W3C validator, and fix any errors.

Problems with html code is not difficult to solve. I also check through the validator often.
