Do you put stuff about support for phones/tablet into your web design contracts?

Hey guys… I’m just writing up a contract for my new business I’m launching & was wondering if I should put anything in there about support for the website on phones/tablets?

What if the client complains that the website doesn’t work/look correct on his iPhone or iPad for example? Should I state in the contract that support for these is extra or how do others handle this?

Been a while since I did a site for someone else so I haven’t come across this issue before, but today I would think that’s a question you should ask when building someones website. I would guess that many don’t consider how their sites look on mobile devices today, but it’s more opportunity for you to sell them something that works on anything if you explain why they should have a mobile website.
