Do agent to help sell (laptops) site exist?

Hello peeps

I’m looking to sell my UK based laptop review blog, and wonder if anyone can help me, guide me, or for a commission percentage superhelp me?

The PR4 site gets 10-15k uniques a month, of mainly uk visitors, from mainly laptop related search terms.

Via affillates the site sold £11k laptops in December (xmas!) and £90k over the year. But affilliate rev on computers is a rubbish 2.5%. So it earns £200 a month + a further £100month on bAdsense.

Basically, as I see it if I list it on Flippa I’ll get 12-15 x monthly revenue. I see it (obviously!) as more valuable than this.

For example if an laptops/gadget ESHOP OWNER was buying 10k visitors a month on Adwords this would cost 10k x 50pence = £5k a month. Thus my site should sell for a multiple of this me thinks? Its all about finding the RIGHT BUYER?

So the short question is are there any website buy/sell agents out there that can help?
