Displaying External Site While Still on Mine?

here is an example of what I’m trying to do… the website domain is html5arena.com so it has the sites bar at the top which is the same thing I’m trying to do with my website… and then it has the external site below. How do I do this dynamically instead of downloading every whole website and creating a subfolder for it? I just want to display websites while having my sites header/info at the top

They are using an <iframe> to pull in the external site onto the page:
