Hi there! If my memory serves me correctly, I think there are 3 types of customer support namely, the Live Support, the Sales Support, and the Technical Support. Live Support caters to general issues, Sales Support will assist you with any problems concerning sales and purchases, and technical support will assist you to any issues concerning the technical aspect.
