I’ve got kind of a split question here… How do you determine the worth of a web site? I have a web site that gets about 5k uniques per day and am considering selling it. It doesn’t make too much on advertising, at most $3/day, but it has some very unique site features you can’t get anywhere else that is all custom made.
Secondly, I’m considering buying a restaurant and would like to hear some advice on determining the value of the business/franchise.

Re-arrange your ads and try to make more $ for a while, this will raise the value of your site if you sell it.
I’m kind of out of ideas on how to re-arrange the ads without really effecting usability on the site…

what you mean unique visitors ? visitor who stay 30 seconds on the website or
visitors, who are niche targeted ?
