so I wanted to use Lokal.so Laravel library https://github.com/lokal-so/lokal-laravel but after 30 minute of trying I still can’t get it to work

I have remove and reinstall the php, composer and the cache, but it’s still not working, please if anyone have been facing this problem, thanks
It’s failing because you have a newer version of the laravel framework than what lokal.so has configured in their settings.
The last paragraph seems to give you several steps to try and workaround the issue but you might need to install an older version of the framework to be able to use that.
