Design layout for html5

I’m looking for a push in the right direction to move this design to an html5/css format with less images that would work cross browser?

Any ideas or direction would be helpful

What kind of information are you looking for? The page looks very straight-forward. Shouldn’t be much HTML5 specific markup involved. Also difficult to say without knowing the content. You may have a section tag for the content area, perhaps an article tag on content that can be read by itself. A nav tag to hold the navigation menus. But it all depends on the content if you want to make the markup semantic using HTML5 elements.

EDIT: The W3C HTML5 specification site is a nice read to learn more about what the new elements should be used for. Please do not confuse W3C with W3Schools, which is a very bad source. Read more about that here.
