Description next to input boxes etc

Hi. I have developed my form with various input boxes etc on my page, but I have seen some sites with a question mark next to each input box. When the user hovers over the question mark a box appears with a more detailed description.

Does anyone know of any tutorials out there that can help me achieve this on my form please.
