Customer-Company Colloboration Software

Do you have a recommendation for an out of the box solution for a customer-company collaboration software ?

The goal is to create an online customer advisory board whereby customers can give feedback to the company in terms of what is needed for their product/service

Needs:

  • very simple signon/firewall for 10-20 customers to have access to:
  • profile data ( name, contact info at a minimum)
  • have access to files
  • provide feedback on a message board-like interface

I’m not looking for something like Basecamp. That’s more of a project management system

Any forum software will do this.

Just set the forum settings to not allow just any Tom, Dick and Harry to create accounts.

If it’s for a company I would go with VB just to make it as professional looking as possible.
