Custom Javascript Alert Box

Hi

I want to have 3 buttons in javascript Confirm or Alert box.
The three buttons are “[Skip] [Overwrite] [Cancel]”
please guide me how I can add these buttons in the Alert/Confirmation Box.

Any other possibility ?
Actually i am not that good in Javascript that i can modify that modal code. Can any one else help me ?
