Can you have custom borders with parralax? Like the image, I just want the blue bg to scroll, i want the “cloud” borders to be part of the other sections. Is it possible or does it have to be straight edges between the sections.
I don’t see why it would matter TBH. Have you tried it? 
I have but I cant get the borders to overlay. I cant find anything about it but thought someone here might know more than me.
Could you post your attempt here so we can debug? .
