Is anyone but me having trouble with the link to the CSSLive private forum. Everytime I try to reach the forum through the dashboard or the link provided with the lesson, I am told that (for some reason) that I am not allowed access to the page. However, when I check everything else, I am told that my account is activated and all is fine…HELP PLEASE! I just want to finish the day one lesson.(:

Had same problem and Hawk sorted it out very fast. Thanks Hawk…now if only sitepoint could sort out my refund I have been waiting weeks for just as fast.
No offence Monark 475, but if the ‘team at sitepoint’ were ‘on the ball’, I’d be getting replies to the several emails that I’ve sent! It’s very frustrating when I’m left hanging with no response. Thanks to Hawk for trying to sort it out.
What happens when you put your order no and email address into this page
Thanks for the help Hawk but I still can’t get the course material by following your link, it says I’m not enrolled.
I received an email on 25th May saying the money had been taken from my account and giving me an order number, but when I tried to register with this number it didn’t work.
I have not received an email about it since then.
Well, that was surprisingly quick. I made that post and then went off to make dinner… and I wasn’t done cooking by the time it was fixed. Thanks HAWK.
I too am locked out of the CSS Live forum.
I am registered for the course and I can see the lessons without problelm, although I’m starting a bit late… I’m not receiving email notifications as the lessons become available (if you are sending those).

I have someone looking into why so many of you didn’t automatically get access.
I paid for the CSS Live course, but received no details. I am unable to access the course that I thought was starting on 5th July and I have sent emails but have had no reply’s.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I don’t know what to do!! If I don’t get any response what am I to do??

To everyone who is having this problem…SpikeZ is right. Hawk is the person who will straighten this out for you. When you first signed up for the course, you should have received a confirmation email from the forums administrator, (ie: Hawk). If you have deleted that email, you can reply to that with your difficulty and she will help. Hawk is amazing in my opinion. Can you imagine running the forums for this site and keeping them straight? Her info is also on this page for contact! Good Luck to all and thanks again Hawk!
