I want to create calendar according to Nepali version (used in Nepal country) based on BS. As matter of fact, English calendar is based on AD.

The Nepali calendar is a fixed-date calendar used in the indian subcontinent.

As far as i know, the only way to convert a date would be to translate the gregorian date into the timestamp, and then determine what day it is from that number, given that Timestamp 0 = Poush 17, 2026.
