It’s not very clear what you’re asking. Can you post the code you have so far, and explain what the problem is? For example, are you having difficulty with aligning the content in the two columns, or what?

As I said before, you’ll need to be more specific about what you’re asking. Just posting the same image again really doesn’t explain your problem.
If by “I NEED IN DETAILED HELP” you mean that you want somebody to build it for you from scratch, then sorry, but that isn’t the purpose of a forum.
If you can show us the code you’ve written so far, then we can help you sort out any problems.
