So I’m trying to find out how to actually from scratch create a website. I mean, WordPress wasn’t created via Blogspot was it? It was made by itself. I really want to know how to do this by myself, oh and make sure it’s not THAT expensive. Thanks everyone,

Hi Keith. That’s not a bad way to learn. Investigate HTML/CSS and PHP with a little MySQL and you should be fine. I actually started to learn myself by creating a Content Management System for a blog back in the 90s.
