Hi friends I have wordpress website and we have an issue of a crawl, WordPress is unable to crawl my website properly.

That message seems quite straightforward.
What are the contents of your robots.txt file?
I assume you mean Google is unable to crawl your site properly?
So they have already told you what is happening, you’ve added something into robotos.txt which is blocking Google bot to crawl your website.
You can paste your robots.txt content so I can see that
