So I asked a CPA network to remove me from there email list, and here is the reply I get.
Next time watch where you distribute your email before I sell it to a thousand porn sites.

Dunno if there’s much you can do… sucks though 
If they fail to remove you, you could report them to the FTC for violation of the CAN SPAM act or alert their ISP of the same. Not sure either will get you a result you like as much as doing what you have already done in passing the word about questionable business practices.
Something tells me there is more to this story. Why would a simple request to remove an email result in that kind of response?
Not sure on why I would get that response. If you would like I will do a screenshot of the whole email replies. I dont know what would make him respond with that threat.

I was simply re-inviting you to the network, have a good day and it was inmature of me to lose my cool.

What exactly lead up to this? Do you have any relationship with him or his company at all? What did you receive and what, exactly, did you send to him?
I know of him, I do not know him personally or have ever spoken to him.
But he sends me an email about joining his network.

Sounds like a dialog between two people who hastily used strong language, and that it was resolved right in the dialog.
He even apologized to you.
Why do you feel the need to ‘do something’ at all?
I also am tracking down virus/worm that is being used on facebook to get people to install a virus that drops ad’s…
the ads are comming from blamads.com eaglewebassets.com and ewanetwork.com after reading this post kinda made me think they responsible
i also looked up thier whois data which is all false! contacting the registars to remove there domains from the net.
I will also be contacting the FBI and some facebook dev’s that i know…
