Copy old database to new wordpress site

Hi,
I have converted my joomla site to wordpress

I have Converted all Site A which was in (joomla) data to Site B in (wordpress) now I wish to make Site A in wordpress how do I import the wordpress data on site A.

Import function is not allowing me to upload more than 7 MB file. :frowning:

Probable Solution
Should I install new WP on A and enter the database details of B or is there some other option.(if so how)

Can’t you ask your webhost to raise upload limit to 8 Mb?
I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago and my webhost did this.
