Contract Work w/ Purchased Theme

A client is going to purchase 2 WordPress themes for 2 websites at $50 each. The themes themselves are very nice, built for WordPress and will take a bit of effort to plug all of the client’s content in. The client will purchase the themes on Envato Marketplace and I will add all of the content for the client. Both sites are a showcase for video production, for solo video production and team video productions. They will both be used for business.

Do you have any suggestions for how to go about billing this out? Should I charge a set rate for both sites or bill by the hour? I am told it is also the experience that I should be factoring in, and I am skilled with HTML/CSS and WordPress.

I’m a fan of the hybrid method @ceeb describes in this article. It covers you in case the client decides to expand the project, but also gives the client a good idea of the costs involved.
