also, don’t worry about your keywords in there that much. Most importantly, you want to put them in your h1 tags. Meta tags, and in your links. A tip for linking is use wikipedia for you keywords and link it there.

SEO is a contributor and part of good content writing practice.
SEO as the sole focus and overarching objective is poor practice and, generally speaking, degrades the conversion of visitor to user, and of prospect to customer. Good traffic but poor conversions.
Like most things, SEO is a good servant but a poor master. And there’s a detectable bias and magnetic pull driving people off the deep end when discussing the topic of SEO. Web surfers can tell when they arrive on a page SEO’d within an inch of its life …and then they leave.
