How could I get content ( product images, price, brands…) for an e-commerce concept website? Is it allowed to take content from existing e-commerce websites for projects like this? This will be used in my portfolio only.
If it’s an “example” site, for demonstration only, then I think you’d be better to use stock images and dummy text. Alternatively, check some of the manufacturers sites to see if they have images available for publicity purposes.
If you want to use content from another site, you need to ask their permission first. If it is for your portfolio, to demonstrate your skills, then using content from another site seems misleading.
