Contact Form w/ Attachment

I’m building a site for a talent agency who wants to give potential talents the ability to submit a head shot (.jpg) with a contact form. Are there any plugins that have the ability to do this?

I know it can probably be done by editing/writing PHP, but I’m still a student and haven’t learned more than the basics of PHP and do not feel comfortable writing code for it.

Have you attempted writing any code? Do you have a simple function that sends email without attachments, yet? Please post it here, I will help you insert attachment processing into it.
