Why this page fails to return to even a just visited topic on clicking previous or next in browser???
Can you explain your question in more detail?
You cannot simply do anything on the forum (whether getting from a recent topic to a just previous visited topic) without an internet connection.
So much like the rest of the internet, you need to be able to connect to the destination to get to the page?
Still not following. Discourse is a JavaScript dependent app (especially if you are wanting to post/interact with topics), but if you simply want to read, you can turn off JavaScript on your device and use the crawler view which is heavily cached.
