Do you mean that emails are delivered to Junk email box? Do you send emails via SMTP server, or using mail() function?
Is PTR set for your server IP address? If not then I recommend to set it properly since many email service provider like Yahoo treats emails as spam from mail server not configured with proper PTR record.
