Colour scheme feedback

Hi, need some feedback on my chosen colour scheme for commercial photography business website.

Research has indicated that for photography black/red is the most used colour for logos, the layout will be made up of mostly white, dark/light grey. I will be using purple to for small layout elements such as divider bars, red will also be used for link mouse over and possible call to action elements.

If you throw together a quick mock-up, I bet it will be a little easier to give an informed opinion. It’s difficult to just imagine what it will look like.

It’s pretty difficult to visualize the color scheme without being applied to a website mockup. However, if you need more inspiration, colorxprez on instagram is a great page to get inspired for your next color schemes
