I find I’m struggling to code on my own and believe I would do much better with someone to bounce ideas off? I’m looking for people who would like to code with me at a nearby library?

We have an international membership here, and the chances of finding somebody near you are perhaps not all that high, but I wish you luck in your search. You might have a better chance of success if you tell us where you are based.
And you can always bounce ideas off folk on the forums here, you know.

Have you tried to find a relevant meetup in your area - http://meetup.com? As well as specific areas of interest (I belong to 3 - PHP coders, JavaScript coders and a FreeCideCamp one), there are also general “Drink Coffee and Code” meetups.
