1-I will register their domain name with namecheap.com under my account
2-I will buy a reseller account from Hostgator 25$/month and point dns info there.
3-I am thinking to charge 20$/month for hosting domain registration included 10$
any idea if this is a good approach?
Yes, it is very good approach; but you must look more cheaper Registrars and WebHosts with consistant good records in Industry, with qualified and prompt support.

You’d better have reseller account for domain name registration as well and that will help you earn a bit more on the domain name registration services you are going to provide for your customers
IMHO domain registration is unlikely to be a big profit maker. Offer it as a convenience to your customers, but don’t think you can use it for much else.
Domain will deliver some good amount if you have hundreds of domain under your account so you can be a domain reseller or find a very good coupon.
Your hosting rates are high, compared to what’s available. You’ll probably do better if you bundle the registration and hosting with your website developing, and offer a single package price.
