I have a friend (really, it’s not me!) that got scammed off a real estate informercial and she paid a nice chunk of change for the program. Problem is that she used her wells fargo DEBIT card. I’ve been reading up on doing a chargeback/reversal on a transaction completed with a debit card and the info I’m finding is rather sketchy. Some say that under Regulation E of the EFT Act, that you can have a charge reversed if a debit card is used, but I can’t seem to find a definitive answer/process…
