I have my site I am working on, http://78.186.132.232/Whiz-Bang/index.php, If you click on Turkish langauge flag, you would see encoding is not working properly. what charset should I use ? I tried utf-8 and iso-8859-9 but It is not working. anyone can suggest me something please, thanks !
Is the data stored in the database? If so is the database using utf8 encoding? If so is the mysql connection using utf8 encoding? When I go to your page and select Turkish I see your issue. Under Firefox if I go to View > Character Encoding by default utf8 is selected and I see the broken text. However when I choose ISO-8859 the text looks correct.
