Basically its my first time to be hired in a company which I believe have a strict system and organize in development. That whats I really look for in a company :). But the thing is I came from a company which have a upfront development. I worry about transitioning myself with their , if I may use a team sports vocabulary, “team chemistry” . I might blow it up or I really dont know what will happen :(. Before I forgot I was also technically challenge, C sharp.
Right now, I have done reading their company background, business processes, systems and technologies they used.

I hope what I am saying here will make sense. Though you didn’t mention what’s the nature of your previous employer and to the present one.
Since it was your 1st time to work in a company you dreamed of, there would be a shock in your part, adapting to their work environment, work ethics etc compare to your previous work.
My suggestion is use any relevant experience(s) and knowledge you have from your previous work to your present company.
Just do whatever the will assign to you and do it with full commitment and dedication.
You said you are technologically challenged, well that’s inevitable. I have this super sales person workmate who used to have so many big time accounts, he has this mac book, but he doesn’t know how to use some simple controls / shortcuts.
What I’m saying is, it doesn’t make you less as a person if you don’t know some technical stuff in this world.
That’s an add-ons to our personality, to be techie.
