Can't get container to work

I’m building a download page which is coming up fine in chrome but not anywhere else.

It should look like the attached ppic but is looking like this instead http://muslimahwebdesign.co.uk/wp-content/themes/maestro/downloads/force_download.php

where am I going wrong?

Your link gives a 404 (page not found) error.

It was an error in the css coding. I ended up starting again and going through all the code, validating on validators and mending any codes and I finally got it working ok
