Wow, I use DreamWeaver CS3…
What do you use/recommend?
for html i use notepad++ with some additional html plugins you also find on their site. it helps you with changing the encoding of your files, it beatifies your code and it has many other basic features you’ll find more than suffice for coding html.
any html wysiwyg ide is usually offering you more help than you ask for 
Honestly the only thing I’d ever use Dreamweaver for is their coding view. Anything else is a waste of time. And considering dreamweaver cost a lot and their coding view isn’t superior compared to free software, I don’t use it
I must admit, I use regular plain ol’ notepad when I code/debug problems on here :).
