Can't delete or activate plugin

I am using shared hosting and two days ago my server was down. I don’t know why. Today I recovered my site but I found that I can not activate nor delete the Google stories plugin from my site. It’s showing a message
The message1: Deletion failed: There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.
The message2: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I contacted them but they just fixed the hosting-related issues. So I had to fix some issues myself. Thank you

Does that FallbackInstantiator.php file exist?

I don’t know the actual reason behind it. I just deleted the Google stories plugin manually because I had not visual content so it was easy to delete than fixing.
