I am rapidly updating my skills to Bootstrap etc and there are a few things I have seen that I would really like to learn how to do it so I can use it myself however I am struggling to find tutorials and example code… I suspect I am not searching the correct terms.
I found this website, which is a perfect example of what I am trying to achieve:

I want to learn how to make the full size background image that seems to resize to full screen not matter what resolution you are on, with a menu on top and logo and text and button over the image… also when you start to scroll it is like the image is moving and disappearing with you and not just stuck in the background (what I have been able to work out so far).
Also as you scroll through there are background images with text over them and as you scroll it also looks and feels like the image is moving with you.
Can you point me in the direction of some tutorials and sample code or let me know what I should be Googling?
