I have some google blogs. Can I submit them to yahoo or other search engines for indexing?
Sure. They should be indexed very fast though - are you sure they aren’t already indexed?

They index automatically. The reasons here :
1. Google’s crawlers are trained to crawl sites that update often, often.
2. There are lots of automated whois sites grab data on new domain names / existing names etc to check for new registrations and/or expiring domains."

Well the best bet is try to search for your submit on yahoo, bing etc. If you find the results and your site is showing up. You don’t need to submit your website its already existing there.
I suggest that you sign up for a Bing Webmaster Tools account. Bing crawl and indexing is used by Bing and Yahoo search engines.
Having a Bing Webmaster Tools account is important so that you can monitor to detect any crawl or
sitemap errors and then correcting them. Then after correcting the crawl and sitemap errors, the site
must again be submitted for crawling which will lead to indexing and final desired result of your website
being listed on the search engine results. Failure to correct the crawl or sitemap errors will result in
site not being listed on Bing and Yahoo. Therefore, it is important to have a Bing Webmaster Tools
to monitor, detect and correct any crawl or sitemap errors.
If you do not have a Google Webmaster Tools account, sign up for one. Purpose is the same as the Bing Webmaster Tools account.

As all the member said, google will crawl your website as it is using Blogger or blog spot. if Google Does so the remain search engine may do.

yes offcourse you should submit your blogspot to bing,yahoo as well as google webmaster tool with sitemap.
Yes You Can Submit your google blog to any search engine. Yahoo Now work with Bing Microsoft if you want to submit your blog to Bing, you need Microsoft Live Email Account.
Of course you can. However, the search engine mechanisms of both sites are entirely different compared to that of Google.
Rankings also vary: we managed to rank a client in the first pages of the three SEs, and it was the best campaign we ever had.
