SEO is SEO, irrespective of the type of site you are working on. I always suggest folk start with Google’s “Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide”. You can be sure that will tell you all the relevant things you need to do and, just as importantly, it won’t give you the kind of bad or outdated advice which is still so prevalent on the Internet and which could get your site penalised.
