We were having 17-1800 unique visitors per day on our website. But now after jan 9 2014 we have around 200 visitors/day only. I am not sure if it was due to the massage i received at the web master tool or its just link building that did this thing. We were also shifting our hosting too as there was massive 500 error increase from the server. Massage i received from Google was:-

Soft 404 errors
If you’re happy that since you changed your hosting, there hasn’t been any problem with outages or people hitting 404s then I’m afraid it’s just a matter of being patient. If Google keeps getting errors when trying to crawl your site then it will lose interest in you. It will periodically try some of those pages again, and if they are then back online then you will in time start to climb back up the rankings as Google starts to get more confident that your site is back for good.
If you’re still getting 404 or 500 errors then you really need to get those fixed, because neither people nor search engines are going to keep trying for long if they just get a load of errors every time.
For now I am not getting any 404 error. It is fixed and slowly we are getting users back. But I wanted to know what might be the actual cause of this sudden fall So that next time I better be careful.
We also have error pages indicated in the webmaster tool. According to the tool, it wouldn’t affect your site’s ranking, whatsoever, but may affect visitor experience browsing through your site. If it has something to do with the change in your host, you can wait for weeks and see if things get better. You can also take those error pages off if you want.
