hi all
i have Pentium 4 Computer with XP installed and 4 partitions of HDD.
my c: drive shows usage as 16 GB
But in c: drive i have 3 folders
1) Document & Settings = 5.50 GB
2) Program Files = 3.16 GB
3) windows = 2.0 GB
So all 3 combines to be approx 10.7 GB
i would like to know where is extra 5GB being used.
how can i check it.

The missing space may be eaten up by hidden files, try un-hiding hidden files then re-checking disk space usage

A nice free java-based analyzer is jdisk_report, it gives you a nice clickable pie-chart which makes it easy to review disk usage.
