Browser Labs: Slow to load

I can’t get Adobe Browser Labs to load up, I’ve let the site load on my net connection, despite being slow for roughly two hours and nothing happens.

What is Browser Labs doing that it’s not loading up, better question what is it downloading ? Does anyone have any insight ?

What makes you think it’s downloading something? Had you considered that the service might be slow because of heavy usage, bugs from Adobe’s end or something else (perhaps even something on your end - or your ISP’s)? This is one of the problems with relying on cloud based services, you effectively place all of your control in the hands of the Internet - which at the best of times can have issues. Best thing to-do is leave it and try again later (or contact Adobe). :slight_smile:
