Syntax doesn’t seem to be the same as this web site shows: http://api.highcharts.com/highcharts/series<boxplot>.data but I’m not sure if that’s the correct API. What actually happens, presumably all the console.log() stuff gives you what you expect?

Yes i checked output in console.log(arr_length),till that point everything is fine getting issues when i’m parsing x and y values in dataPoints dataPoints.push({x: b[i], y: arr_length}); As far as i have checked.
