Do you find the box around the article to be helpful or a distraction?
(Of course there is a larger page - which I’m not ready to share - but this should be enough to comment on this particular topic!) 
Speaking personally - no, it’s not enough. I can’t comment on an aspect of the design without seeing it in context - and that means the full page.
There isn’t much more to this (unfinished) page other than a header at the top of the page.
OK - ask me again when you have a finished page to judge by. (Of course then you’ll have the thing in context and might well be able to decide for yourself. 
)
I’ll probably never get the page done for you because I will be stuck on this point…
