Bounce Rate And NonInteraction

Hi.

I’m wondering if anyone can help. I have some advertising banners on my site and I think this is effecting my bounce rate and time on site.

I have traffic coming from mobile facebook and at times the time spent on site is 0seconds or sometime a bit higher and can’t figure it out.

Is the code above correct to stop clicking on the banner as a bounce.
