Bootstrap4 nav dropdown broken only on one page

On my testing site, the "Medtech Products" dropdown in the main menu works on every page except this page:

http://lsintel.com/new/market-reports-page.php?id=MDT18004

Any idea why the menu dropdown works on every page except for the above link?
