I downloaded the first chapters and it looked fine. My question is does the book go on to actually build the forms in question? - does it include the html, CSS, and I guess links to any graphics in use.
We’re thinking of expanding to another web person and kind of feel we would like to give a College kid a go. Kevin Yank’s box is fine for php but am after something to show form design and CSS 
Not so keen on a book that simply waffles on about the design process as we have our own development methodology.
