I have been doing only the off page and some related on page optimization work for my website but till now i didn’t created any blog for it. but i think i should create one what do you all say??
Definitely blog can ability to grab more visitors to your site. Do it first.

Yes, you are doing right thing as you are working on off and on page. Both are good but you need to create a blog too to get better promotion and good traffic.
Blog will be a nice way to promote your website but remember that your blog must have relevant and good quality content via which you can pull the traffic to your site. If not then its a waste of your efforts.
Only have a blog if you have something worth talking about and you’re prepared to put the time and effort into writing high quality posts / articles on a regular basis. It’s a long term commitment, not just a throwaway marketing scheme (if you just create a blog and rarely do anything with it, you’ll see absolutely no improvement).
