Bing Advertising Program

I am working on an Adult Content Website (Adult Toy). When I signed up for the Bing Advertising Program, it does not accept and ask for ‘reasons’. My reason is "We are a small online retail company selling adult toys. This is the first time, we are using Bing. Hence, kindly accept the ad. Will this reason be accepted by BING. If anyone is using Bing Advertising Program, please confirm. Thanks for your help in Advance.

Have you read the Bing guidelines for adult content advertising? http://advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/search-advertising/adult-content-guidelines

Yes. I read these guidelines. As per this “The following markets support the Adult Advertising Program: Canada, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, and United States.”

I have advertised for United States only. Again they put forth the following:

“Advertisers must apply to participate in the Adult Advertising Program, and agree to the Terms & Conditions as well as the Adult Agreement. Additional content restrictions may apply. Adult ads may not be distributed through all of the advertising distribution options and may appear only in text search ads. If you would like to apply, please contact Customer Support. Your application may be considered separately for each country that you want to display ads in.”

May be I need to contact the customer support. I am little confused.

Thanks

Well, given that they say

If you would like to apply, please contact Customer Support.
that would seem like an excellent idea.

Thanks for your suggestion. One more question here: we use the same login credentials for both yahoo and bing. If we set the daily budget of say 10$, is this for both yahoo and bing or 10$ each for yahoo and bing.
